UKG Solution Consultant Responsibilities

  • Lead and support our valued clients’ UKG WFM projects
  • Work with a broad range of organizational stakeholders to deliver workforce management initiatives
  • Design, integrate, configure, implement, and support high quality WFM business solutions
  • Evaluate customers’ business needs to contribute to the overall strategic planning and optimizing of WFM processes and technology
  • Be accountable for defined WFM assignments
  • Work with customers and vendors during positioning, design, configuration, and testing of WFM related UKG solutions/products
  • Provide ongoing functional support and advice to Project Genetics’ customer base
  • Identify incremental process improvement
  • Such other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned


UKG Solution Consultant Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years career experience as a UKG consulting specialist
  • UKG experience within the Retail, Manufacturing and/or Healthcare Industry
  • Project experience with UKG Workforce Timekeeper, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and Optimized Scheduling with Forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful UKG WFM projects
  • Previous experiences to identify, manage and “solution” through project obstacles
  • Ability to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes
  • Flexible ability to work within a team or independently
  • Keeping abreast of industry processes and keeping UKG skills up to date
  • A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
